Confirmed now with an official announcement from the club.

Something needed to change and it wasn't going to be Bielsa, so I think this was inevitable.

Leeds have confirmed the appointment of Jesse Marsch as the club's new head coach.

Will be interesting to see how Marsch gets on in the Premier League.

I still think Bielsa would have kept them up and I'm not convinced anyone else can do a better job with the current squad but time will tell.

Man City thumped Man United today to re-establish their 6 point margin at the top of the Premier League.

De Bruyne and Mahrez both scoring twice.

United are now in 5th place, a point behind Arsenal who have played 3 games less.

Things I love to see.....Man United being an absolute train wreck!

Pity they couldn't have turned up today and done Liverpool a favour. City battered them in the second half and it looked like they just gave up. I wonder if Rangnick is regretting going to Old Trafford?!

Great performance on the pitch and off it. Man Utd arses handed to them.

Brentford and Newcastle have given themselves some breathing space with results in recent weeks.

It now looks like any 3 from 5 could go down - Burnley, Watford and Norwich are the current bottom 3 with Everton and Leeds just above the dropzone and still in real danger.

Everton are at risk of a Premier League points deduction as they're on the brink of breaking profit and sustainability rules.

They've recorded combined losses of over £260m between 2017 and 2020 - £155m more than is allowed over a three-year period.

No club has been found guilty of a breach yet and the club will ask for allowances to be made for COVID.

I wasn't aware of this rule in the Premier League but this would be a major blow for Everton as they fight relegation.

Norwich and Watford look as good as gone and Leeds took another battering at home to Aston Villa tonight.

I'd say Burnley have a real chance of staying up when you look at the form of the teams around them.

Reports suggest that Man City have a deal in place to sign Erling Haaland in the summer
