An inversion where the dancer lifts the hips overhead while opening the legs into a controlled V-shape, typically used as a strength-based entry into Gemini, Scorpio, or other inverted tricks.
A mount where the dancer enters the pole with both legs opening into a V while lifting the hips upward into inversion. Similar to a controlled aerial chopper but more open in shape.
